Here is one of my drugstore favorites!!!  I have several of these in my kit and it only cost $3....can you say "what a bargin"  Wet 'n Wild's creme liner!!!  This creme liner if absolutely the best...its on the line of M.A.C. and L'Oreal's creme liner.  If you are on a budget then this is a great product to have!!!

The Best Red Lip Makeup for Your Skin Tone

Red is considered the color of passion, the color of love. It's the sexiest color around and when painted on your lips, it's fabulous.  Like with all lipstick colors, certain shades of red look better on some skin tones than others.  For fair skin tones a matte red lipstick with a hint of orange works best to bring out your undertones, also a warm Brick red shade is very flattering.  For beige skin tones a dark red with gold undertones look very nice.  For coco skin tones a matte/orange red works perfect, and for Dark skin tones a deep red with blue undertones work best.  Any of these shades of red will give you a chic, modern look.
